The year, 2018, marks the new us! Kenwingston is now a property developer. Construction, which used to be our main area of business, now ably supports our property development activity.
Why we decided to move from construction to development is, our expertise in property construction has empowered us to build even more quality products to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction.
We are continually working hard to deliver luxurious homes. We want our customers to feel proud buying properties developed by Kenwingston and to feel a sense of belonging as a Kenwingston community.
We are driven by a passion for innovation and embrace harmony between human habitation and nature in our projects through architecture to improve the quality of life and liveability.

We believe we have what it takes to be a credible developer of quality products. We can achieve this as our construction division is already a CIDB QLASSIC Scorer 80%. Not many construction companies in the country have such a track record.
Underpinned by our strong teamwork, nothing can stop us from realising our goals and ambitions.
Kenwingston aspires to influence the industry to develop products with heart and soul. At the same time, we are able to provide a sustainable living environment to communities/customers as well as generate capital appreciation for our property investors.

Our initiatives include regularly carrying out research and innovation studies for new concepts to be incorporated into our property development projects.

Construction is no longer our sole business activity as before. Kenwingston is now a full-fledged property developer and construction company that is well prepared to play a relevant development role in nation building.
We see promising opportunities ahead for Kenwingston with Malaysia’s resilient property development and construction industries.
We endeavour to sustain our business by expanding our land bank for property development and exploring collaborative partnerships to develop property products to meet the market’s aspirations.
We also hope to grow our book order by building a robust pipeline of construction projects. The wide variety of our construction projects is evident that we are capable of delivering what is required by our clients and business partners.
